Cairo trip Day 2

Hari kedua di Cairo. Alhamdulillah. Subuh jam 5 pagi. Jam 8 kami dah turun bawah tunggu ustaz. Plan hari ni nak ke Piramid Giza. Kul 8.35 baru ustaz mai. Pagi ni kami nak rasa sarapan pagi asli Cairo. Ustaz beli roti aish dan falafel. There are a few of filling we can choose from to put into the 'aish' bread. We then stopped by the Rumah Kedah Cafe at Hadiqah Lotus to have some drinks and enjoyed our breakfast. I cannot go roti aish tu, so I cuba gak la makan falafel tu. Falafel tu macam vadei/masalodeh. tapi kacang dal dia warna hijau so called lentil. Falafel tu masin sikit.

Ahad 27 Ogos 2023

Kami tiba di Cairo jam 11pagi waktu Cairo. Urusan cop passport semua lancar. Lepas ambil baggage, terus saja ke kastam dan keluar pintu 7. Tour guide kami belum sampai lagi. 

Tak lama kemudian (adalah 20 minit juga), ustaz sampai. Ustaz Fauzan is a medical student from Al-Azhar University, Cairo. Kami naik kereta 7 seater. Di sini pemandu memandu di sebelah kiri. For the readers information, Malaysia is 4 hours ahead of Egypt and during this trip, Egypt was in the summer. 

We were then having our lunch at Restoran Malaysia GH Corner, a restaurant under GISB Holdings. Sebelum sampai Cairo, kami dah transfer duit siap² to our tour guide, untuk ditukar kepada Egypt currency, so called genih. Sy tukar 1000Myr dapat 8700genih. 

Pengalaman terbang dengan Emirates - Part 1

(First of all, I would like to apologize because these entries might have mixed of English and Bahasa). 

It took me sometimes to write about this trip because I was not in the mood. 

 

There was not much preparation needed for this trip because the itinerary was arranged by our tour guide.  We only suggested some destinations that we would like to stop by. The trip members included me, my husband, Lid, my colleague, Kak Aina, and her husband, Mr. Azhar. 

Sabtu 26 Ogos 2023

Jam 4ptg kami tiba di Terminal 1 KLIA. Proses check in was very smooth.. Jalan pelan2, naik bas untuk ke gate C. Jam 4.55 kami dah sampai kat gate C37. Awal sgt plk sampai. Risau jalan jem, sebab minggu cuti sekolah. Boarding 6.50ptg. Erk..keras menunggu.

Trip ni tak bawa anak2.. Huu.. Kesian yang kecik.. Tak penah kena tinggal. 

Ini ialah pengalaman pertama kami ke Mesir dan pertama kali juga naik Emirates flight. Tiket ditempah oleh third person, sebab trip ni ialah trip kawan2. Sy install Emirates apps di phone setelah dapat Booking number. Thru the apps, sy pilih seat Kul-Dbx dan Dbx-Cairo for free. Passenger can only do online check in within 48 hours before fly. 

Kaunter check in di buka 4 jam before departure. Proses drop baggage yg teramat la senang sebab dah check in online.
